Adult Mental Health Worker / Men's TSC House

Responsible for supervision of young adult males making the transition to independence, teaching daily living skills and assisting in housekeeping of residence. Provide non-confrontational support and guidance to consumers and a safe therapeutic environment. Ability to make effective decisions during times of crisis, confidence and ability to work alone and as part of a team, and ability to function as a role model and perform role modeling activities with consumers. Must be comfortable running groups. Must be 23 years of age, have high school diploma or equivalent with experience. BA preferred. Part-time 29 hours per week.

Childcare Worker

Responsible for supervision of unit children at all times, distribution of medication and recording all medical difficulties. Keep a log of each child's behavior. Must have High School diploma or GED. CREEKSIDE - Full time, overnights.  HIGHLAND - Full time, days.  PARK ROW - Full time, days.  SST - Must have Bachelor's Degree or 5 years experience, prefer JSO experience. Full time, days.

Childcare Worker I

Responsible for supervision of unit children at all times, distribution of medication and recording all medical difficulties. keep a log of each child's behavior. Share on-call responsibilities with Assistant Supervisor. Must have Bachelor's Degree or 5 years experience. Must be a MHP.

Day Treatment Therapist

Designs and implements a comprehensive social services program to develop clients emotionally and socially and to facilitate their re-entry into the public school system. Provides evaluation and treatment services through individual, group, family intervention and advocacy. Provides behavior management services regarding Aggression Replacement Training (A.R.T.) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (D.B.T.) by coaching and teaching skills training and development and providing coaching during crisis situations. Must have Master's degree in clinically related social services field and must have clinical license.

IT Associate

Provides tech support to staff and is responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers and equipment in a Windows Network Environment. Must work independently, have strong hardware troubleshooting skills and Windows XP OS experience. High School Diploma or GED required, Associates and /or 2 years of related experience preferred.

Program Support Specialist

Provides immediate backup to others in dealing with situation that demand immediate attention due to the volatile nature of the school population. Prefer Bachelor's degree and Type 39 Certificate or five years of experience in the field. Hours are 8 AM-4 PM, M – F, hourly position.

Registered Nurse / School

As a valued multi-disciplinary treatment team member, you will assess health needs, provide quality nursing care for residential and day treatment students. Must be a current Illinois R.N., BD experience preferred. Part-time position.

Teacher

**Signing bonus for first, second and third year teacher.** Developing and implementing a comprehensive education program for clients to improve learning skills and facilitate behavior change. Must have Bachelor's degree and teaching certificate. BD Approval or Certification required.

Teacher Aide

Provides assistance to classroom teacher with the following: maintaining attendance and lunch records, preparing assignments, assisting students with classroom work, grading papers and recording grades, supervising PE and lunch, and writing and filing incident reports. BD experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 30 hours of college credit or ISBE Basic Skills Test certification.

Transition Specialist

Responsible for implementing the continuity of care and supportive transition for the youth served by our agency. Will also work with a treatment team to implement the comprehensive transition plan for each youth with consideration to relevant clinical issues and the strengths and needs of the youth in order to maximize the likelihood of a successful transition and, therefore, minimize the likelihood of future placement changes due to instability. Must have Bachelor's degree with five years of clinical / residential experience.

Unit Supervisor

Supervise clients' treatment plans. Facilitate discharges and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams. Assume responsibility for report writing and supervision of unit staff. Must be 25 years of age, have an associate's degree and five years of residential experience or Bachelor's degree and two years of residential experience.
